When you select a transaction by clicking the ellipsis button to the left of a transaction in the Transaction List, the Transaction Detail form will appear. This is where you can view the data and Review, Validate, Post, Defer or Discard the displayed data.
This form displays both the Proposed data (data in the current batch) and Current data (data in the database). The information displays side-by-side in order to allow you to see exactly what data is being changed, merged, deleted or added, depending on the type of operation.
Select Validate, Post, Defer, or Discard from the Form Header to perform the appropriate action.
The fields that appear in this form will vary depending on the selected type of data, and are not listed here for that reason. Maintenance of column and control layout for fields in this form is performed in the Advance Configuration Utility by your system administrator. Please refer to the Configuration Utility User's Guide, Online Help or contact your system administrator for additional information in this area.
