In the event that a row contains data that you believe to be incomplete, or not quite ready to be posted, you may defer it. By deferring the data you will be indicating that you wish to validate and post the data at some point, but not at the moment. Once you defer a row, you can validate it, post it or discard it by selecting the appropriate button at any time.
To defer a row:
Click Defer on the Form Header on the Transaction Review form.
Specify a Reason for deferring the row.
Optionally, enter a Comment for deferring the row.
