Rows that contains data you know to be erroneous or not-worthy of being loaded into the database can be discarded. Discarded data will be bypassed during the review and post processes since discarded data will not be posted.
Note: Discarded rows can be restored by clicking Recover on the Form Header. The Recover option is only available when you are working with a row that has been discarded. The Discard function does not physically delete the row, it simply indicates that you do not have intentions of posting the row, and allows you to post all other rows in the batch.
To discard a row:
Click Discard on the Form Header on the Transaction Review form.
Specify a Reason for discarding the row.
Optionally, enter a Comment for discarding the row.
