To Post data to the database:
Click Post on the Form Header on the Transaction List or Transaction Review form.
Note: DataLoader will not post (to the database) any rows that have a status of Deferred, Processed, or Discarded since these statuses are used to indicate that the row is not ready for processing.
Note: When the post is complete, DataLoader may or may not automatically move to the next row, depending on whether you have selected to display Posted rows in the DataLoader Transaction Filter. For example, if you have selected to display Posted rows, then when the row you are current on reaches a posted state, the row will continue to display. In this case, you will have to use the VCR controls to navigate to a different row. If you have chosen not to display posted rows, when the row reaches a posted state, the system will automatically move to the next row, which contains a status you have chosen to display. Additionally, you may have chosen to display all rows, including Statuses of Deferred or Discarded. If you have done so, when you reach a row that has either one of these statuses, and you do not wish to change that status, use the VCR controls to navigate to the next Active row that is ready to be posted. When all of the demographic changes in a batch contain a status of Posted or Discarded, the status of the batch will automatically change to Complete and a message will display indicating that the batch is Complete.
