The Entity Organization Lookup window is used to search for an entity or group of organization entities. For example, use this window to search for all organization entities that have a particular record type, all organization entities that have a matching ratio or all organization entities that have a particular record status.
Note: the Entity (Organization) Lookup does not allow you to search for Person entities. To lookup Person entities, use the Entity (Person) Lookup.

Record Type |
The organization’s record type that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_record_type table (AC). |

Record Status |
The organization’s record status that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_record_status table (AB). |

Pref Addr Type |
The preferred address type for the organization that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_address_type table (AH). |

Source Code |
The code that describes the source of information for the organization information. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_entity_source table (T0). |

Institution Suffix |
The institutional suffix for the organization that you wish to look up. |
|
Cusip |
The cusip code for the organization that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_cusip_code table (FE). |

Case |
The case code for the organization that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_case_code table (FB). |

Matching Ratio |
The matching ration of the organization entity that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_matching_ratio table (AN). |

Holdings Size |
The holdings size of the organization entity that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_holdings_size table (AM). |

Operator |
The name of the operator that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |

User Group |
The name of the user group that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |

Status Change Date |
The date that the status of the organization entity record that you wish to look up last changed. |

Delete Ind |
The delete indicator allows you to specify whether you wish to include "deleted" records in the search. Hard-coded values include Deleted, Not Deleted, and ALL. |

Delete Mod Date |
The date that you wish to search for records that were deleted on. |
|
Full Time Emp Cnt |
The number of full time employees that work at the organization that you wish to look up. |
|
Part Time Emp Cnt |
The number of part time employees that work at the organization that you wish to look up. |
|
Incorporation Date |
The date that the organization that you wish to look up became incorporated. |
|
Date Added |
The date that the row that you wish to look up was added. |
|
Date Modified |
The date that the row that you wish to look up was last modified. |
|
Year End Tax Receipt |
Indicates whether you wish to include Year End Tax Receipts in your search. Values include All, None, Yes and No. This field only appears when system option 148 is enabled. |
