eContact

This is the specific eContact name or address of the person or organization entity you wish to look up, which must be entered using a valid format.

Type

This is the type of eContact record you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down are validated against tms_econtact_type (EC).  

Status

This is the status of the eContact record you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down are validated against tms_econtact_status (EF).

Status Date

This is the date on which the status of the eContact you wish to look up was last updated.

Start Date

The start date for the eContact record you wish to look up; must be a valid partial date preceding the stop date.

Stop Date

The stop date for the eContact record you wish to look up; must be a valid partial date following the start date.

Preferred

This indicates whether the contact method you wish to look up is the preferred contact method. Only one eContact record per eContact type can have this check box checked at any given time.

Business Indicator

This indicates if the eContact record you wish to look up is a business contact method.

Original Source

This is the source from which the eContact record you wish to look up originated. Values in this drop-down are validated against tms_econtact_source (EG).

Change Source

This is the source from which the eContact record you wish to look up was updated after it was originally entered. Values in this drop-down are validated against tms_econtact_source (EG).

Change Src Date

This is the date you wish to look up on which the change source occurred.

Comment

This text field can be used to specify a comment about the eContact record you wish to look up .

Date Added

The date the eContact you wish to look up was first added.

Date Modified

The date the eContact you wish to look up was most recently modified.
