The Volunteer Activity Lookup enables you to search for entities based on a history of volunteer service they have provided to your institution. This includes both fundraising (i.e. solicitation volunteer) and non-fundraising (i.e. admissions volunteer). For example, use this lookup to search for all entities that volunteered during a particular year, all entities that volunteered for a particular activity or all entities that volunteered at a particular volunteer level.

Vol Year |
The year that you wish to look up that corresponds to the volunteer activity. |

Vol Activity |
The volunteer activity that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_vol_activity table (ZJ). If a user group code is associated with a value that appears in this drop-down, the user group code will appear in addition to the description and the code. |

Group |
The prospect group code that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_prospect_group table (S2). |

Program |
The prospect program value that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_program table (TB). |

Unit |
This code is used to identify the school or unit. Values in this drop-down list are validated against tms_unit_code (UU). |

Vol Level |
The volunteer level code that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_vol_level table (ZX). |

Location |
The volunteer location code that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_vol_location table (ZV). |

Staff ID Number |
The ID number of the staff or volunteer associated with the volunteer activity row that you wish to look up. |

The date modified for the activity you wish to look up. |

The status of the volunteer activity record you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_vol_status table (V5). |
