Sub Type |
The sub-type of the type of the trust you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_instrument_type table (TO). |

Code |
The code of the trust you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_trust_code table (F8). |

Status |
The status of the trust you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_trust_status table (F7). |

Anonymous |
The anonymity for the entity responsible for the trust you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_anonymous table (CY). |

Payout Freq |
The payout frequency of the payments on the trust you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_payout_frequency table (TU). |

Spec Handling |
The special handling code associated with the trust you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_special_handling table (CZ). |

Agency |
The agency code associated with the task you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_agency (SC) table. |

Rep Type |

The Advance ID number of the co-person responsible for the trust. |

The ID number of the staff or volunteer associated with the trust you wish to look up. |

Creation |
The creation date of the trust you wish to look up. |

Term Date |
The date the trust you wish to look up will no longer be active. |

Formal Name |
The full legal name of the trust you wish to look up. |

Comment |
A comment about the trust you wish to look up. |

Start |
The start date of the trust you wish to look up. |

Stop |
The stop date of the trust you wish to look up. |

Realized Date |
The date on which the final distribution of the trust was made. |

Realized Amt |
The amount actually received from the trust after the donor’s death. |

Payout |
The percentage representing the amount of the trust to the beneficiaries. When looking up the payout factor amount, enter this number as a decimal. The system will convert it to a percent and display it back to you. For example, enter .25 for 25% and .5 for 50%. Be careful: if you type 25, it will become 2500%. |

The amount that remains on the trust that you wish to look up. |
