Telephone Lookup

Type

The type of Telephone record you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down are validated against tms_telephone_type (PT).  

Area Code

The area code of the telephone number you wish to look up.

Telephone Number

This is the domestic or foreign Telephone number you wish to look up for the person or organization entity.

Extension

The extension number that accompanies the telephone number you wish to look up.

Status

The status of the Telephone record you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down are validated against tms_phone_status (PS).

Status Date

The date on which the status of the telephone you wish to look up was last updated.

Country

This field identifies the country within which the telephone you wish to look up is located. Values in this drop-down list are validated against tms_country (AE).

Preferred Indicator

This indicates whether the number you wish to look up is the preferred telephone number.

Txt Msg Allowed

This field indicates whether a text message is allowed for the telephone you wish to look up; valid values are Yes, No and Unknown.

Unlisted

This indicates whether the telephone you wish to look up is an unlisted number.

Unlisted Date

This field is the date the Unlisted check box was checked to identify the telephone you wish to look up as Unlisted.

Telephone Code

This is a site-specific value associated with the telephone record you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against tms_telephone_code (PC).

Telephone Code 2

This is a site-specific value associated with the telephone record you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against tms_telephone_code2 (PB).

Start Date

The start date for the telephone record you wish to look up; must be a valid partial date preceding the stop date.

Stop Date

The stop date for the telephone record you wish to look up; must be a valid partial date following the start date.

Original Source

This is the source from which the telephone record you wish to look up originated. Values in this drop-down are validated against tms_data_source (YI).

Change Source

This is the source from which the telephone record you wish to look up was updated after it was originally entered. This may be the same as the original source. Values in this drop-down are validated against tms_data_source (YI).

Change Source Date

The date on which a change to the telephone number you wish to look up occurred.

Telephone Mod Date

The date of the most recent modification to this telephone number you wish to look up.

Date Added

The date the telephone number you wish to look up was first added.

Date Modified

The date the telephone number you wish to look up was most recently modified.

Comment

This text field can be used to specify a comment about the telephone record you wish to look up.
