The Task Lookup is used to search for tasks for an entity or a group of related entities.

Note: If you are performing a template lookup, some of the fields described below may not appear on the form.
Data Fields:
Task |
The type of task you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_task table (TK). |
Status |
The status of the task you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_task_status table (TL). |
Strategy |
This field indicates whether the task you wish to look up is one in a series of strategy tasks/steps/moves. Hard-coded values include Active, Inactive, and ALL. |
Priority |
The priority assigned to the task you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_task_priority table (TP). |
Source |
The Advance entity ID number of the source that the task information you wish to look up came from. |
Entity ID |
The Advance ID number of the entity the task you wish to look up applies to. |
Program |
The program that the task you wish to look up applies to. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_program table (TB). |
Unit |
This code is used to identify the school or unit. Values in this drop-down list are validated against tms_unit_code (UU). |
Description |
The description of the task you wish to look up. |
Responsible |
The Advance ID number of the individual responsible for performing the task you wish to look up. |
Type |
The type of task responsible for the task you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_task_assign_type table (TM). |
Office |
The office responsible for the task you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_office table (T4). |
Sched. Date |
The scheduled date of the task you wish to look up. Note: to search for a task based on the scheduled date, you must open the criteria list and enter in the scheduled date. |
Compl Date |
The date the task you wish to look up was completed. |
Year |
The year of the task you wish to look up. Note: if System Option #66 is set to N, any valid number (not necessarily a 4-digit year). may be entered. If System Option #66 is set to Y only years between 1700 and 2100 may be entered. |
