The Student Activity Lookup enables you to search for entities based on an entity’s participation in student activities at the institution. For example, use this lookup to search for all entities that have a particular student activity code, all entities that have a particular student activity participation code or all entities that participated in student activities within a specific time period.

Activity |
The student activity that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_student_act table (BW). If a user group code is associated with a value that appears in this drop-down, the user group code will appear in addition to the description and the code. |

Participation |
The level of participation in the student activity that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_student_particip table (CA). |

Office |
The office held by the entity you wish to look up for this student activity. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_activity_office table (BZ). |

Data Src |
This field indicates the source from which the student activity information you wish to look up originated. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_data_source table (YI). |

Start |
The start date of the entity’s participation in the student activity that you wish to look up. Must be a valid partial date. |

Stop |
The stop date of the entity’s participation in the student activity that you wish to look up. Must be a valid partial date. |
