Segment |
The name of the segment you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the segment header database table. |

Unit |
This code is used to identify the school or unit. Values in this drop-down list are validated against tms_unit_code (UU). |

Comment |
A general comment about the segment that you wish to look up. |

Data Src |
This field indicates the source from which the segment information you wish to look up originated. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_data_source table (YI). |

Operator Name |
The name of the operator that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |
|
User Group |
The name of the user group that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |
|
Year |
The year of the segment you wish to look up. |
|
Month |
The month of the segment you wish to look up. |
|
Date Added |
The date that the row that you wish to look up was added. |
|
Date Modified |
The date that the row that you wish to look up was last modified. |
