Sub Type |
The sub-type of the security you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_security table (U7). |

Inst Name |
The name of the security you wish to look up. |
|
Status |
The status of the security you wish to lookup. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_security_status table (F6). |

Agency |
The name of the agency responsible for the security you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_agency table (SC). |

Rep Type |
The representative type of the security you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_admiss_rep table (CE). |

Rep ID |
The Advance entity ID of the representative responsible for the security you wish to look up. |

Staff ID |
The ID number of the staff member responsible for the security you wish to look up. |

Percentage |
When looking up the security percentage, enter this number as a decimal. The system will convert it to a percent and display it back to you. For example, enter .25 for 25% and .5 for 50%. Be careful: if you type 25, it will become 2500%. |

The dollar amount for the cost basis for the security plan you wish to look up. |
