Note: This lookup is only available to institutions or organizations licensed to use Events in Advance Web. If you are not licensed to use this component, this lookup form will not appear.

Note: If you are performing a template lookup, some of the fields described below may not appear on the form.
Data Fields:

Resource Type |
A drop-down list with the names of resource types available; select the resource type you wish to look up. |

Resource Type Desc |
The description of the resource type you wish to look up. |
|
Assignable Type |
Indicates whether you wish to search for assignable resources. Hard-coded values in this drop-down list include Event (E), Registrant (R), Participant (P), and Parent (N). |

Rollup Consumption |
Indicates whether you wish to search for resources that allow rollup consumption. Hard-coded values in this drop-down list include Yes, No, All and None. |

Vendor ID |
The entity ID of the vendor for the resource you wish to look up. Pressing F2 allows you to perform an Entity lookup. |

Contact ID |
The entity ID of the contact for the resource you wish to look up. Pressing F2 allows you to perform an Entity lookup. |

Capacity Type |
Indicates whether you wish to search for resources by type of capacity. Hard-coded values in this drop-down list include Shared Capacity, Event-specific Limit, All and None. |

Time Sensitivity |
Indicates whether you wish to search for time sensitive resources. Hard-coded values in this drop-down list include Yes, No, All and None. |
