The Relationship Lookup is used to search for links between person entities. For example, use this lookup to search for all entities that have a particular relation type, all entities that have a particular relational status or specific entities based on their relation name.
Note: If you enter the Relation ID number in the Relation ID field, you should not enter in information in other fields. Specifying other criteria in addition to the Relation ID number will yield no records in the Lookup.

Data Fields:

Relation ID |
The entity ID number of the relation to the entity that you wish to look up. Must be a valid entity ID. This field and Relation Name field are mutually exclusive, meaning that you may enter in information in one of the two fields but not both of them. |

Relation Type |
The relationship type that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_relationships table (BI). |

Relation |
The preferred name of the relation that you wish to look up. This field and the Relation ID field are mutually exclusive, meaning that you may enter in information in one of the two fields but not both of them. |

Relation Status |
The status of the related entity in the relationship that you wish to look up. |
|
Last Name |
The last name of the relation of the entity that you wish to look up. |
|
First Name |
The first name of the relation of the entity that you wish to look up. |
|
Middle Name |
The middle name of the relation of the entity that you wish to look up. |
|
Sort Name |
The sort name of the entity that you wish to look up. The default format for this field is: Last name, followed by a comma and first name, followed by a comma and middle name, all in uppercase, for this entity or the organization’s long name if the entity is an organization. |

Prefix |
The personal prefix for the relation of the entity that you wish to look up. Drop-down list; values are displayed from the tms_prefix table (Z1). |

Suffix |
The personal suffix for the relation of the entity that you wish to look up. Drop-down list; values are displayed from the tms_suffix table (Z2). |

Sequence
|
The sequence number of the entity that you wish to look up. |

Converse Seq |
The converse sequence number of the second half of the relationship that you wish to look up. |

Data Src |
This field indicates the source from which the relationship information you wish to look up originated. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_data_source table (YI). |

A general comment on the relation of the entity that you wish to look up. |

Operator |
The name of the operator that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |

User Group |
The name of the user group that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |

Date Added |
The date that the row that you wish to look up was added. |

Date Modified |
The date that the row that you wish to look up was last modified. |
