The Program Lookup is used to search for prospects that have a specific 'program'. The term program is used as a generic term for any active fund-raising division such as a school, campus, department, or foundation. The program prospect concept facilitates tracking for targeted fund raising initiatives that we call 'programs'.

Program |
This code identifies the area/division under which the prospect you wish to look up is being cultivated or solicited. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_program table (TB). |

Stage |
The stage of the program prospect you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_stage table (TX). |

Primary Prog |
This field indicates whether the program prospect that you wish to look up is currently flagged as the primary program prospect or not. Hard-coded values include Primary Prog, Other, and ALL. |

Plan Giving |
This field indicates whether the program prospect that you wish to look up is currently as a plan giving prospect or not. Hard-coded values include Plan Giving, Other, and ALL. |

Active |
This field indicates whether the prospect that you wish to look up is active or not. Hard-coded values include Active, Inactive, and ALL. |

Prospect |
This field indicates whether the program prospect that you wish to look up is a major prospect or not. Hard-coded values include Major Prospect, Other, and ALL. |

The code further identifies the major prospect that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_major_prospect table (S4). |

Rating |
The rating assigned to the prospect you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_rating table (TE). |

The status of the rating assigned to the prospect you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_rating_status table (S3). |

Clearance |
The code that describes the level of clearance allowed for further cultivation or solicitation of the prospect you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_clearance table (CG). |

The code that describes the priority of clearance allowed for further cultivation or solicitation of the prospect you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_solicitation_priority table (TY). |

Region |
