The code describing the premium you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_memb_premium table (VE). |

Amount |
The amount of the premium you wish to look up. |

Comment |
A general comment about the premium you wish to look up. |

Quantity |
The number of premiums the member should receive as a benefit of their membership. |

Fulfilled |
The number of premiums the member has already fulfilled as a benefit of their membership. |

Remaining |
The number of remaining premiums the member can receive as a benefit of their membership. |

Start |
The date on which the benefit of the membership premium begins. |
|
Stop |
The date on which the benefit of the membership premium ends. |

Declined |
Check box indicating whether you wish to look up premiums that have been declined. |

Sequence |
The sequence number of the premium you wish to look up. |

Operator Name |
The name of the operator that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |

User Group |
The name of the user group that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |

Date Added |
The date that the row that you wish to look up was added. |
