Receipt |
The receipt number of the gift, or the pledge number for the pledge that earned the premium offer that you wish to look up. |

Amount |
The value of the premium for tax reporting purposes that you wish to look up. |

A general text comment that pertains to the premium you wish to look up. |

The premium that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_premium table (W3). |

Declined |
This field indicates whether the donor you wish to look up has declined or refused the premium, and that there is no deduction from the full value of the original gift for tax reporting purposes. Hard-coded values include Declined, Not Declined, and ALL. |
