The Preference Lookup is used to search for event entity preferences. For example, use this lookup to search for all entities that prefer aisle seats, all entities that have a room preference or all entities that prefer to travel in 1st class.

Note: If you are performing a template lookup, some of the fields described below may not appear on the form.
Data Fields:

Aisle/Window |
This indicates whether the entity prefers an aisle or window seat. Drop-down list; hard-code values include All, None, Window, and Aisle. |

Smoking |
This indicates whether the entity prefers a smoking or non-smoking room. Drop-down list; hard-code values include ‘All’, ‘None’, ‘Smoking’, and ‘Non Smoking.’ |

Travel |
This indicates the entity’s travel preference (business class, 1st class, etc.). Drop-down list, values are validated against the tms_event_travel_pref (EV63) table. |

Lodging |
This indicates the entity’s preferences for accommodation location . Drop-down list, values are validated against the tms_event_lodging_pref (EV64) table. |

Room |
This indicates the entity’s preferences for room accommodations. Drop-down list, values are validated against the tms_event_lodging_pref (EV64) table. |

This text field indicates the golf handicap of the entity you wish to lookup. |
