PT - Interest Lookup

The Prospect Tracking Interest Lookup is used to search for a prospect or group of prospects based on hobbies and interest information. For example, use this lookup to search for all prospects interested in Capital Improvements for the upcoming year.

Data Fields:

 

Interest

The interest you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_prospect_interest table.

Purpose

The purpose you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_prop_purpose table.

Stage

The stage you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_stage_code table.

Amount

The amount of the interest you wish to look up.

Entity ID

The Entity ID associated with the interest you wish to look up.

Interest ID

The Interest ID associated with the interest you wish to look up.

Program

The program you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_program table.

Comment

Text field for the comment you wish to look up.

Year

The year associated with the interest you wish to look up.

Category 1

The first category you wish to look up. This column is validated against the tms_category1 (VA) table. When a value is selected from Category 1, the Category 2 values associated with that code will appear in the Category 2 drop-down. This is also true for Category 3. When selecting category columns, if values exist in all three category fields and category 1 is changed, both category 2 and category 3 are blanked out.  If category 2 is changed, category 3 data is blanked out.

Category 2

The second category you wish to look up. This column is validated against the tms_category2 (VB) table. When a value is selected from Category 2, the Category 3 values associated with that code will appear in the Category 3 drop-down. When selecting category columns, if values exist in all three category fields and category 1 is changed, both category 2 and category 3 are blanked out.  If category 2 is changed, category 3 data is blanked out.

Category 3

The third category you wish to look up. This column is validated against the tms_tms_category3 (VC) table. When selecting category columns, if values exist in all three category fields and category 1 is changed, both category 2 and category 3 are blanked out.  If category 2 is changed, category 3 data is blanked out.
