The interest you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_prospect_interest table. |

The stage you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_stage_code table. |

The Entity ID associated with the interest you wish to look up. |

The Interest ID associated with the interest you wish to look up. |

Category 1 |
The first category you wish to look up. This column is validated against the tms_category1 (VA) table. When a value is selected from Category 1, the Category 2 values associated with that code will appear in the Category 2 drop-down. This is also true for Category 3. When selecting category columns, if values exist in all three category fields and category 1 is changed, both category 2 and category 3 are blanked out. If category 2 is changed, category 3 data is blanked out. |
