The Organizational Relationship Lookup is used to search for relationships between organizations and their corporate relationships. For example, use this lookup to search for all organization entities that have a particular parent ID, all organization entities that have a specific percent of ownership or all active organizational relationships.

Data Fields:
ID |
The entity ID of the organization to which this entity that you wish to look up is related. Must be a valid system ID. |
Parent ID |
The entity ID of the parent of the hierarchical relationship that you wish to look up. |
Relation |
The organizational relationship that exists between the two organizations. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_org_relationship table (OR). |
Source |
The source of this organizational relationship information that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_source table (T8). |
% Ownership |
The percent of ownership owned by the parent organization that you wish to look up. Note: this number is multiplied by 100 and should be entered as a decimal. |
Comment |
A general comment on the organization relationship that you wish to look up. |
Operator Name |
The name of the operator that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |
User Group |
The name of the user group that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |
Start |
The start date of the relationship that you wish to look up. Must be a valid partial date preceding the stop date. |
Stop |
The stop date of the relationship that you wish to look up. Must be a valid partial date following the start date. |
Active |
This field indicates whether the organizational relationship you wish to look up is active or not. Hard-coded values include Active, Inactive, and ALL. |
Date Added |
The date that the row that you wish to look up was added. |
Date Modified |
The date that the row that you wish to look up was last modified. |
