Type |
The type of note you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_note_type table (UA). |

Description |
A description of the note you wish to look up. |

Author |
The Advance entity ID of the author of the note you wish to look up. |

Unit |
This code is used to identify the school or unit. Values in this drop-down list are validated against tms_unit_code (UU). |

Note |
An additional field that you can use to further describe the note you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_note_code table (S9). |

Brief Note |
A free-text field to describe the note you wish to look up. |

Filename |
An external reference, hard copy or system file name documentation of the note you wish to look up. |

Data Src |
This field indicates the source from which the note information you wish to look up originated. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_data_source table (YI). |

Date |
The date of record for the note you wish to look up. |

Text |
Text associated with the note you wish to lookup. By default, the logical operator will be set to ‘Contains’. |
