Mentor Lookup

The Mentor Lookup is used to search for information about mentors who devote personal time and effort in assisting other alumni. For example, use this lookup to search for all entities that have a particular mentor type code, all entities that have a particular mentor status code or all entities that are mentors within a specified period of time.

Data Fields:

 

Type

Code The type of mentor you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_mentor_type table (X1).

Unit

This code is used to identify the school or unit. Values in this drop-down list are validated against tms_unit_code (UU).

Status Code

 

The status of the mentor you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_mentor_status table (X2).

Fld of Work

The field of work for the mentor you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_fld_of_work table (BS).

Fld of Spec1

The first field that the mentor that you wish to look up specializes in. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_fld_of_spec table (BT).

Fld of Spec2

The second field that the mentor that you wish to look up specializes in. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_fld_of_spec table (BT).

Fld of Spec3

The third field that the mentor that you wish to look up specializes in. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_fld_of_spec table (BT).

Src Code

The source that the mentor information that you wish to look up came from. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_mentor_src table (X3).

Keywords

Keywords that may be used to describe this mentor row that you wish to look up.

Comment

Comment on this mentor row that you wish to look up.

Start Date

Start date for this entity being a mentor that you wish to look up. Must be a valid partial date prior to stop date.

Stop Date

Stop date for this entity being a mentor that you wish to look up. Must be a valid partial date following start date.
