The type of membership you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_memb_type table (M2).

Rate

The membership rate you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_memb_rate table (M3).

Pmt Plan

The membership payment plan you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_memb_pmt_plan table (M4).

Status

The status of the membership you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_mbr_status table (MS).

Spec Handling

The special handling code attached to the membership you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_memb_spec-handling table (M8).

Source Info

The source of the membership information that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_memb_source_info table (M9).

Reason Chng

The code that describes why the membership you wish to look up was reversed or modified. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_reason_changed_code table (GT).

Source

This field indicates the type of source you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_membership_source table (VV).

Waiver

The code that describes the type of waiver of dues or cost reduction discount for the membership you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_memb_waiver table (M5).

New Memb

This field indicates whether the membership you wish to look up is a new membership or not. Hard-coded values New, Renew, Reinstate, and ALL.

Suppress Card

This field indicates whether the membership you wish to look up had the membership card suppressed. Hard-coded values New, Suppress, Not Suppress, and ALL.

Total Amt

The total amount of the membership you wish to look up.

Base Amount

The base amount of the membership you wish to look up.

Appeal

The appeal code associated with the membership you wish to look up, validated against the Membership Appeal Header database table.

Giving Appeal

The giving appeal code associated with the membership you wish to look up; validated against the Gift Appeal Header database table.

Memb Appeal

The membership appeal code associated with the membership you wish to look up; validated against the Membership Appeal Header database table.

Comment

A comment on the membership you wish to look up.

Memb Number

The membership number you wish to look up.

Assigned Num

The assigned membership number you wish to look up.

Memb Year

The membership year you wish to look up. Note: if System Option #66 is set to N, any valid number (not necessarily a 4-digit year). may be entered. If System Option #66 is set to Y only years between 1700 and 2100 may be entered.

Start Date

The start date of the membership you wish to look up.

Stop Date

The stop date of the membership you wish to look up.

Legacy

The membership number used prior to converting to Advance.

Reason Date

The date that the membership you wish to look up was reversed or modified.

Prem Count

The count of the total number of premiums associated with the membership you wish to look up.

Prem Amount

The dollar amount of the premiums associated with the membership you wish to look up.

Process Date

The date that the membership you wish to look up was processed.

Batch #

The number that the membership you wish to look up was processed in.

Amount Paid

The amount of the membership you wish to look up has already been paid.

Amount Due

The amount that is still due on the membership you wish to look up.

Previous Num

The membership number assigned to the membership when the membership was removed.

Recurring Pmt

Allows you to search for recurring memberships that are paid by recurring payments.

Memb Type Unit

This is the unit to which the membership applies. Values in this drop-down are validated against tms_unit_code.

Memb Type Group

This is the group to which the membership applies. Values in this drop-down are validated against tms_memb_appeal_group.

Campaign

This value indicates the campaign associated with the membership. Values in this drop-down are validated against tms_memb_campaign.

Level Change

The upgrade/downgrade status for the membership when it was renewed or reinstated. This value does not apply to new memberships. Hard-coded values in this drop-down include ‘None’, ‘Upgrade’, ‘Downgrade’, ‘Same Level’ and ‘All’.

Operator Name

This is the name of the operator that entered the membership.

User Group

This is the user group associated with the operator that entered the membership.

Date Added

This is the date on which the membership was added.

Date Modified

This is the date on which the membership was most recently modified.

Sustainer Amt

The sustainer amount associated with the membership.

Decline All Prem

Allows you to search for memberships whose premiums were all declined.
