Allocation Code |
The allocation of the matching gift you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the Allocation Table. |

Allocation Account |
The allocation account of the matching gift you wish to look up. |

Allocation School |
The allocation school of the matching gift you wish to look up. |
|
Special Handling |
The special handling code for the matching gift you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_special_handling table (CZ). |

Campaign |
The campaign code for the matching gift you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_campaign table (CX). |

School Credit |
The school code for the matching gift you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down lidt are validated against the tms_school table (AF). |

Campus |
The campus code for the matching gift you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_campus table (GN). |

Reun. Credit |
The type of reunion associated with the matching gift you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_reunion_camp table (DK). |

Fee |
This field indicates whether the matching gift you are looking up had an allocation fee associated with it. Hard-coded values in this drop-down list include Processing Fee, No Charge, All. |

Department |
This field indicates the department code of the matching gift that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_alloc_department table (J5). |

Sub Dept |
This field indicates the sub department code of the matching gift that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_alloc_sub_dept table (YH). |

Division |
This field indicates the division code of the matching gift that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_alloc_division table (J6). |

Purpose |
This field indicates the purpose code of the matching gift that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_purpose table (DN). |

Fund Name |
This field indicates the name of the fund the matching gift you wish to look up went to. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_fund_code table (EL). |

Foreign Type |
The type of foreign currency used for the matching gift you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_currency_type table (GD). |

Matching Donor ID |
The entity ID number of the donor responsible for making the gift that was matched that you wish to look up. |
|
Receipt Number |
The receipt number of the gift that was matched you wish to look up. |
|
Amount |
The legal (hard credit) amount of the matching gift transaction you wish to look up. |
|
Year of Giving |
The year of giving for the matching gift you wish to look up. |
|
Date of Record |
The date of record for the matching gift transaction you wish to look up. |
|
Class |
The class for the matching gift transaction you wish to look up. |
|
Receipt Date |
The receipt date of the matching gift that you wish to look up. |
|
Batch # |
The number of the batch that the check of the matching gift that you wish to look up was in. |

Check # |
The check number of the matching gift that you wish to look up. |
|
Currency Amt |
The currency amount of the matching gift check. |

Annual Fund |
This field indicates whether you wish to perform the lookup on matching gifts that have been made to the annual fund. Hard-coded values in this field include Annual Fund, Other, and All. |

Create Tax Receipt |
This field indicates whether you wish to include Tax Receipts whose Create Tax Receipt check box was checked, in your search. Values include All, None, Yes and No. |

Year End Tax Receipt |
This field indicates whether you wish to include Tax Receipts whose Create Year End Tax Receipt check box was checked, in your search. Values include All, None, Yes and No. This field only appears when system option 148 is enabled. |

Charity |
This field indicates whether you wish to perform the lookup on gifts made to a specific Charity. Drop-down list; values are validated against the Charity database table. |
