The Matching Claim Lookup allows you to perform a lookup of existing claims.
Note: Since you may only lookup matching claims while using the Entity Lookup List as your results set, you should select the Entity Lookup List from the results drop-down list in order to view a list of entities that fit into the search criteria.

Data Fields:

Donor ID |
The ID number of the donor of the original matching claim that you wish to look up. |

Allocation Code |
The allocation in the claim record that you wish to look up. This is the allocation in the gift that triggered the creation of the claim unless the gift entry operator had overridden that allocation on the claim when it was entered. |

Form Received |
This field indicates whether a matching gift form was received for the anticipated matching gift you wish to look up. Hard-coded values include Received, Not Received, and ALL. |

For Exch Rate |
The rate of exchange for the matching claim that you wish to look up. |

Foreign Type |
The type of foreign currency used for the matching claim you wish to look up. |

Operator Name |
The name of the operator that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |
|
User Group |
The name of the user group that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |
|
Claim Amount |
The amount of the matching claim you wish to look up. |

Currency Amt |
The currency amount of the matching claim you wish to look up. |

For Exch Date |
The date that the foreign currency for the matching claim was received that you wish to look up. |

Date Received |
The date that the form was received for the matching claim that you wish to look up. |

Date Added |
The date that the row that you wish to look up was added. |

Date Modified |
The date that the row that you wish to look up was last modified. |
