The Marital Information Lookup is used to search for information on an entity’s spouse. For example, use this lookup to search for all entities that have a a marital status of married, all entities that have a the same home address as their spouse or all entities that receive joint gift credit for gifts made by them and their spouse.
Note: if you enter the Spouse ID number in the Spouse ID field, you should not enter in information in other fields. Specifying other criteria in addition to the Spouse ID number will yield no records in the Lookup.

Marital Status |
The marital status of the entity you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_marital_status table (BN). |

Spouse ID |
The entity ID number of this entity’s spouse that you wish to look up. This field and the Spouse Name fields are mutually exclusive, meaning that you may enter in information in one of the two fields but not both of them. |

Spouse Name |
The name of this entity’s spouse that you wish to look up. This field and the Spouse ID field are mutually exclusive, meaning that you may enter in information in one of the two fields but not both of them. |

Spouse Status |
The status of this entity’s spouse’s entity record that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_record_status table (AB). |

Salutation |
The salutation to be used when addressing this entity’s spouse that you wish to look up. |

Nickname |
The nickname of this entity’s spouse that you wish to look up. |

Birth Date |
The birth date of this entity’s spouse that you wish to look up. |

Jnt Name 1,2 |
The name to be used when addressing mail to the entity and his/her spouse jointly that you wish to look up. |

Joint Salutation |
The salutation used when sending mail jointly to the entity and his/her spouse that you wish to look up. |

Marriage Date |
The date that the entity you wish to look up was married to their spouse. |

Marriage Place |
The place where the entity you wish to look up was married to their spouse. |

Comment |
Comment on this marital information row that you wish to look up. |

Status Chg Date |
The date that the marital status of the entity that you wish to look up last changed. Must be a valid partial date. |

Alum Mag Date |
The date that the marriage of the person that you wish to look up was published. Must be a valid full date. |

Same Address |
This field indicates whether the entity and their spouse that you wish to look up share the same home address. Hard-coded values include Joint Address, Single Address, and ALL. |

This field indicates whether the entity and their spouse that you wish to look up share the same telephone. Hard-coded values include Joint Telephone, Single Telephone, and ALL. |

Joint Mailings |
This field indicates whether the entity and their spouse that you wish to look up receive joint mailings. Hard-coded values include Joint Mailings, Single Mailings, and ALL. |
