The Mailing List Lookup is used to search for entities that are members of specific mailing lists. For example, use this lookup to search for all entities that are on a particular mailing list, all entities that are part of a particular mail list type or all entities that have are associated with a mailing list within a specific time period.

List |
The mailing list you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_mail_list_code table (H2). If a user group code is associated with a value that appears in this drop-down, the user group code will appear in addition to the description and the code. |

Unit |
This code is used to identify the school or unit. Values in this drop-down list are validated against tms_unit_code (UU). |

Type |
The type of mailing list you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_mail_list_type table (H1). |

Status |
The status of the mailing sent to members of this list that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_mail_list_status table (H3). |

Address |
The address type to which mailings are sent to the entity that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_address_type table (AH). |

Source |
The source of information for the entity that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_mail_list_src table (H4). |

Control |
The control options for this entity that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_mail_list_ctrl table (H5). |

Fax |
The fax address for this entity that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_telephone_type table (PT). |
