The class agent of the entity that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_class_agt table. |

The solicitation control of the entity that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_solicit_ctrl table. |

Special instructions for each mailing for the entity that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_mailing_1-10 tables. |

The date the solicitation control value was last reviewed for the entity that you wish to look up. Must be a valid full date. |
