The ID Lookup is used to search for an entity based on an Advance entity ID number, alternate ID number, or name. For example, use this lookup to search for an entity based on their ID number, their alternate ID number or all entities that have a particular ID type.

Data Fields:
ID |
The ID number of the entity that you wish to look up. |
Alt ID |
The alternative ID number of the entity that you wish to look up. |
Type |
The type of ID of the entity that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_ids_type table (H6). |
Sounds Like |
Check-box indicating you want the lookup to access names that sound like the entered criteria (e.g. Chew will access Chu and Choo). |
Type |
The entity’s name type that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_name_type table (BJ). |
Last |
The last name of the entity that you wish to look up. |
First |
The first name of the entity that you wish to look up. |
