The Event Participation Lookup is used to search for event participation information. For example, use this lookup to find a list of events that a specific entity participated in or all entities that participated in a specific event.

Data Fields:

Event ID |
The ID number that uniquely identifies the event you wish to look up. |

Participant ID |
The ID number that uniquely identifies the participant you wish to look up. Pressing F2 allows you to perform an Entity lookup. If you are entering a value in this field, do not enter value(s) in any of the name fields. |

Fee Amt |
The fee amount associated with the participation record you wish to look up. |
|
Participation Status |
The status of the participant you wish to look up. Drop-down list; values are validated against the tms_event_participant_status table (EV71). |

Ticket Count |
The number of tickets included in the participation you wish to look up. |

Last |
The last name of the entity associated with the participation you wish to look up. |
|
First |
The first name of the entity associated with the participation you wish to look up. |
|
Middle |
The middle name of the entity associated with the participation you wish to look up. |
|
Nickname |
The nickname of the entity associated with the participation you wish to look up. |
|
Salutation |
The salutation of the entity associated with the participation you wish to look up. |

Assigned |
The Advance ID number of the entity assigned to the participation record you wish to look up. Pressing F2 allows you to perform an Entity lookup. |

Relation |
The relationship to the entity associated with the participation you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_relationships (BI) table. |

Guest |
This field indicates whether you wish to look up participation records that include a guest. Hard-coded values in this drop-down list include 'All, None, Guest, and Not Guest. |

Couple |
This field indicates whether you wish to look up couple participation records. Hard-coded values in this drop-down list include All, None, Couple, and Not Couple. |

VIP |
This field indicates whether you wish to look up VIP participation records. Hard-coded values in this drop-down list include All, None, VIP, and Not VIP. |

Host |
This field indicates whether you wish to look up participation records for entities that hosted events. Hard-coded values in this drop-down list include All, None, Host, and Not Host. |
|
Waived |
The code that describes why the fee associated with the registration you wish to look up has been waived. Drop-down list; values are validated against the tms_event_fee_waived table (EV83). |
