The Event Invitee Lookup is used to search for entities or groups of entity invitations. Typically this lookup is used in conjunction with the Event Invitation lookup.

Note: If you are performing a template lookup, some of the fields described below may not appear on the form.
Data Fields:

Invitee ID |
The Advance ID number of the entity invited to the event you wish to look up. Pressing F2 allows you to perform an Entity lookup. |

Couple |
This drop-down list can be used to indicate whether you wish to look up couples that were invited. Hard-coded values in this drop-down list include All, None, Yes, and No. |

Couple ID |
The Advance ID number of the second entity to which you wish to perform the lookup. Pressing F2 allows you to perform an Entity lookup. |

Status |
The status of the invitee you wish to look up. Drop-down list; values are validated against the tms_event_invitation_status table (EV69). |

Date |
The date the entity was invited to the event you wish to look up. |

Signer |
The Advance ID number of the staff member responsible for signing the event invitation you wish to look up. Pressing F2 allows you to perform an Entity lookup. |

Salutation |
The salutation associated with the invitees you wish to look up. |

Note |
A text field that contains a note regarding the invitees you wish to look up. |
