The Event Invitation Lookup is used to search for event invitations. For example, use this lookup to find all Formal invitations, all invitations sent by your organization or institution or all invitations signed by a specific staff member.

This drop-down list is used for the code that describes the type of invitations you wish to look up. Drop-down list; values are validated against the tms_event_invitation_type table (EV70). |

Signer |
The Advance Entity ID number of the staff member responsible for signing the invitations you wish to look up. Pressing F2 allows you to perform an Entity lookup. |

Organization |
The institution or organization responsible for the invitations you wish to look up. Pressing F2 allows you to perform an Entity lookup. |
