Evaluation ID |
The Advance entity ID number of the evaluation you wish to look up. |

Prospect ID |
The prospect ID number of the evaluation you wish to look up. |
|
ID Number |
The Advance entity ID number to which the evaluation row that you wish to look up applies to. |

Evaluator |
The Advance entity ID number of the entity that provided the evaluation you wish to look up. |

Program Year |
The program year that the evaluation you wish to look up applies to. |
|
Active |
This field indicates whether the contact that you wish to look up is active or not, independent of the start and stop Hard-coded values include Active, Not Active, and ALL. |

Program Code |
The program code associated with the evaluation you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_program table (TB). |

Type |
The type of evaluation you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_evaluation_type table (TZ). |

Rating |
The general rating of the evaluation you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_rating table (TE). |

Capacity |
The capacity of the evaluation you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_capacity table (U2). |
