Memb Number |
The membership number you wish to look up. Press F2 to perform a context-sensitive lookup. |

Assigned Num |
The assigned number you wish to look up. Press F2 to perform a context-sensitive lookup. |

Assoc Amt |
The associated amount of the membership you wish to look up. |
|
Operator Name |
The name of the operator that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |
|
User Group |
The name of the user group that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |
|
Assoc Type |
This field indicates whether the membership you wish to look up has an association. Hard-coded values include Primary, Joint, Group, Dual, and ALL. |

Date Added |
The date that the row that you wish to look up was added. |
|
Date Modified |
The date that the row that you wish to look up was last modified. |
