The DataLoader - Batch List contains one row for each Open batch. When you select a batch by clicking the ellipsis button to the left of the Batch Number, the system will navigate you to the Batch Overview/Summary form, which is where you can view totals for the batch and select the next appropriate action from the Page Tree.
Batches appear in the Batch List as soon as the batch creation process is initiated, and the batch appears with a status of Processing (P). After the batch creation process is complete, the status changes to Open (O) or Failed (F), as appropriate.
Note: When you select a batch, the batch will become locked so that no one else can maintain it. When you are done using the batch, the locked status will be removed and the status of the batch will be changed appropriately.
To display the DataLoader - Batch List:
Click Go To on the Main Menu.
In the Go To Application, select DataLoader – Batch List (Application ID 41, DLBS) and click Go. No "Open with ID" value is required.
The DataLoader Batch List will display.
To filter the list:
With the Batch List displayed, select Filter from the Actions list on the form header.
In the Filter DataLoader Batches dialog, select the criteria for filtering the batches.
Click OK when finished and the Batches will be filtered.
a. When a filter is in place, the label "Filter in Place" appears on the DataLoader Batch List Form Header.
b. When no filter is in place, the label "No Filter in Place" appears on the DataLoader Batch List Form Header.
To sort the list:
With the Batch List displayed, select Sort from the Actions list on the form header.
In the Sort Order - DataLoader Batch List dialog, select the order for sorting the batches. Click OK when finished.
The Batches will be sorted.
