The prospect ID associated with the contact you wish to look up. |

Proposal ID |
The proposal ID associated with the contact you wish to look up. |

Contact ID |
The Advance entity ID of the contact you wish to look up. |

Program Code |
The program code of the contact you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_program table (TB). |

Type |
The type of contact person affiliated with the entity you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_contact table (CF). |

The name of the prospect contact you wish to look up. |

Sort Name |
The sort name of the prospect contact you wish to look up. |

Phone |
The phone number for the contact you wish to look up. |

Fax |
The fax number for the contact you wish to look up. |

Comment on this contact record that you wish to look up. |

Program Year |
The program year of the contact you wish to look up. |

Active |
This field indicates whether the contact that you wish to look up is active or not, independent of the start and stop Hard-coded values include Active, Not Active, and ALL. |
