The Committee Lookup is used to search for an entity’s participation on various institutional committees. For example, use this lookup to search for all entities that participated in a specific committee in the past, all entities that have an active status in a particular committee or all entities that are active participants in a particular committee.

Committee |
The committee you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_committee_table (BX). If a user group code is associated with a value that appears in this drop-down, the user group code will appear in addition to the description and the code. |

Group |
The group of the committee you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_committee_group table (C9). |

Status |
The status of the committee participant you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_committee_status table (BY). |

Addr Type |
The address type of the committee participant you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_address_type table (AH). |

Fax |
The fax address of the committee participant you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_telephone_type table (PT). |

The email address of the committee participant you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_email_type table (WI). |

Control |
The control code for the committee participant you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_mail_list_ctrl table (H5). |

The role that the entity played on the committee that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_committee_role table (EA). |

Geo Type |
This is the geographic type you wish to perform the lookup on. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the Geo Type database table. |

Geo Code |
This is the geographic code that you wish to perform the lookup on. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the Geo Code database table. This field will only become active if the Geo Type in the field above has been selected since this Geo Code is unique to that Geo Type. |

Data Src |
This field indicates the source from which the committee information you wish to look up originated. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_data_source table (YI). |

The committee source that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_source table (C8). |

Class |
This is the year in which the entity participated in the committee that you wish to look up. Note: if System Option #66 is set to N, any valid number (not necessarily a 4-digit year). may be entered. If System Option #66 is set to Y only years between 1700 and 2100 may be entered. |
