Type |
The category for the giving code you wish to look up. There can be any number of different categories, but all must be valid values in the Giving Code Type database table. |

Code |
The giving code that applies to the gift transaction you wish to look up. This value is validated against the Giving Code database table. |

Date |
The date associated with the gift transaction to which the giving code you wish to look up is attached. |

ID |
The ID number of the person associated with the giving code you wish to look up. Enter an ID or Name, but not both. Pressing F2 allows you to perform an Entity Lookup. |

Name |
The name of the person associated with the giving code you wish to look up. Enter a ID or Name, but not both. |

Amount |
The amount associated with the giving code you wish to look up. |

Comment |
A general comment related to the giving code you wish to look up. |
