Club |
The club that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the Gift Club database table. |

Status |
The status of the gift club you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_gift_club_status table (02). |

Type |
This is the type of gift club, which allows you to add more detail to the gift club. Values in this drop-down list are validated against tms_gift_club_type (06) |

School |
The school you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_school table (AF). |

Unit |
This code is used to identify the school or unit. Values in this drop-down list are validated against tms_unit_code (UU). |

Assigned |
This field indicates whether you wish to look up gift club memberships that were manually assigned (rather than via a mass loading facility.) Hard-coded values in this field include Assigned, Not Assigned, and All. |

The start date for the entity’s inclusion in the gift club you wish to look up. |

Stop |
The stop date for the entity’s membership in the gift club you wish to look up. |

Joint |
This field indicates whether you wish to look up an individual gift club membership, or joint gift club memberships. Hard-coded values in this field include Joint, Not Joint, and All. |
