Sub Type |
The sub-type of the type of planned giving instrument you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_instrument_type table (TO). |

Code |
The code that describes the bequest you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are tms_bequest_type table (T5). |

Status |
The status of the bequest you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_bequest_status table (TD). |

Anonymous |
The anonymity of the entity making the bequest. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_anonymous table (CY). |

Estimate |
The value estimating the amount of the bequest (when realized) you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_estimate table (!E) |

Spec Handling |
The special handling code associated with the bequest you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_special_handling table (CZ). |

Agency |
The agency associated with the bequest you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_agency table (SC). |

Rep Type |
The type of professional representative who worked with the entity to arrange the bequest you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_contact_person_type table (TT). |

Rep ID |
The Advance ID of the representative of the entity that is responsible for the bequest. |

Executor ID |
The Advance ID of the executor of the estate you wish to look up. |
|
Staff ID |
The Advance ID of the staff member working with the entity you wish to look up. |

Realized Amt |
The amount actually received from the bequest after the donor’s death. |

Comment |
Comment on this bequest that you wish to look up. |

Start |
The start date for the bequest you wish to look up. |
|
Stop |
The stop date for the bequest you wish to look up. |
|
Creation |
The creation date of the bequest you wish to look up. |
|
Term Date |
The date the bequest you wish to look up will no longer be active. |
|
Remainder Amt |
The amount, either estimated or actual, of the bequest remainder that you wish to look up. |
|
Plan Gift Amt |
The amount of the planned gift being made with the bequest you wish to look up. |
|
Percentage |
The percentage of the bequest you wish to look up. When looking up the percentage, enter this number as a decimal. The system will convert it to a percent and display it back to you. For example, enter .25 for 25% and .5 for 50%. Be careful: if you type 25, it will become 2500%. |

Realized Date |
The date on which the final distribution of the bequeathed assets was made. |
