How Do I Perform an Advanced Lookup?
Data Fields:

ID Number |
The Advance ID number of the beneficiary you wish to look up. |

Proposal ID |
The proposal ID number of the beneficiary you wish to look up. |
|
Plan Gift ID |
The ID number of the planned gift to which this beneficiary that you wish to look up is linked to. |
|
Instrument ID |
The ID associated with the instrument for which the entity you wish to look up is a beneficiary. |
|
Type |
The type of beneficiary you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_beneficiaries_type table (TJ). |

Prop Purpose |
The anticipated use or purpose of the proposed gift. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_prop_purpose table (V4). |

Alloc Dept |
The allocation department that expects to receive the proposed gift. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_alloc_department table ( J5). |

Person or Org |
This value indicates whether a person or organization is responsible for the proposed gift. Hard-coded values include Person, Organization, and ALL. |

Type Name |
The name of the beneficiary that you wish to look up. |

Comment |
Comment on this beneficiary record that you wish to look up. |

Percentage |
The percentage of the beneficiary you wish to look up. When looking up the percentage, enter this number as a decimal. The system will convert it to a percent and display it back to you. For example, enter .25 for 25% and .5 for 50%. Be careful: if you type 25, it will become 2500%. |

Amount |
The amount that the beneficiary you wish to look up will receive. This amount can be either an estimated amount or the actual amount. |

Expectancy Year |
The expectancy year of the beneficiary you wish to look up. |
