The Bank Cards Lookup is used to search for entities based on bank card information. For example, use this lookup to search for all entities that have a specific bank card type, an active bank card or entities that have bank cards that allow membership billing on those cards.

Data Fields:

Card Type |
The card type of the entity that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_credit_card table (GC). |

Status |
The status of the card you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_bank_card_status table (MH). |

Last Status |
The former status of the card you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_bank_card_status table (MH). |

A general comment on the bank card record that you wish to look up. |

Start |
The start date for the bank card you wish to look up. |

Stop |
The stop date for the bank card you wish to look up. |

Last Status Date |
The date that the status of the card that you wish to look up was last changed. |

Memb Billing OK |
This field indicates whether you wish to look up bank cards that have membership billing attached to them. Hard-coded values include 'Membership Billing OK', 'Membership Billing Not OK' and 'ALL'. |

Affinity Card |
This field indicates whether you wish to look up bank cards that have an affinity card attached to them. Hard-coded values include 'Affinity Card', 'No Affinity Card', and 'ALL'. |
