The Balances form displays a summary of Balances for the selected entity. This form displays below the Event Entity Financial Filter Form on the Financial application.
To view and filter Financial Transactions:
While current on the Entity, select the Financial branch on the Event Page Tree, or click Go To, select Entity Event Financial (Application ID 90429, EFINA), enter an Event ID and click 'Go'.
On the Financial Transactions Form, identify the data you wish to filter and view by checking the appropriate check boxes.
When you have made your filtering selections, click Filter on the form header.
Your filtered selections will display on the forms. To change the filtering for either Financial Transactions or Balances, click the Reset button for the appropriate form.
To navigate to the details of a transaction, click the hyperlink to the left of the transaction row.
Balance values include:
Registrations |
This value indicates the number of events for which the entity is registered. |
Total Payments |
This value indicates the total amount of payments made on future event registrations. |
Total Fees |
This value indicates the total amount of any fees for future event registrations. |
Total Payments |
This value indicates the total amount paid on fees for future events. |
