Financial

Financial displays event-related financial information. You can configure the Financial Transactions filter to display six types of transactions by checking the appropriate check box(es).

 

 

To view and filter Financial Transactions:

  1. While current on the Entity, select the Financial branch on the Event Page Tree, or click Go To, select Entity Event Financial (Application ID 90429, EFINA), enter an Event ID and click 'Go'.

  2. On the Financial Transactions Form, identify the data you wish to filter and view by checking the appropriate check boxes.

  3. When you have made your filtering selections, click Filter on the form header.

  4. Your filtered selections will display on the forms. To change the filtering for either Financial Transactions or Balances, click the Reset button for the appropriate form.

  5. To navigate to the details of a transaction, click the hyperlink to the left of the transaction row.

 

 

Financial Transactions options include:

 

Payments

Checking this check box displays the total of payments for events, if any.

3rd Party

Checking this check box displays the total of 3rd party payments for events, if any.

Gifts

Checking this check box displays the total of gifts for events, if any.

Credits

Checking this check box displays the total of credits for events, if any.

Refunds

Checking this check box displays the total of refunds for events, if any.

Trans History

Checking this check box displays the total number of event transactions, if any.

 

 

Displayed values include:

 

Transactions

This value indicates the total number of event transactions.

Total Payments

This value indicates the total amount of event payments.

Total 3rd Party

This value indicates the total amount of event 3rd party payments.

Total Credits

This value indicates the total amount of event credits available.

Total Gifts

This value indicates the total amounts of event gifts.

Total Refunds

This value indicates the total amount of event refunds received.

 

 

Balance values include:

 

Registrations

This value indicates the number of events for which the entity is registered.

Total Payments

This value indicates the total amount of payments made on future event registrations.

Total Fees

This value indicates the total amount of any fees for future event registrations.

Total Payments

This value indicates the total amount paid on fees for future events.
