The Assignment Lookup allows you to search for information about staff and volunteer assignments.

Note: If you are performing a template lookup, some of the fields described below may not appear on the form.

 

Data Fields:

 

Type

The type of assignment you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_assignment_type table (TI).

Unit

This code is used to identify the school or unit. Values in this drop-down list are validated against tms_unit_code (UU).

Office

The office to which the entity that you wish to look up has been assigned. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_office table ( T4).

Priority

This priority you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_assignment_priority (LI) table.

Assign ID

The entity ID number of the staff member assigned to the assignment you wish to look up.

Entity ID

The entity ID number of the person assigned to the assignment you wish to look up.

Active

This field indicates whether the assignment that you wish to look up is active or not. Hard-coded values include 'Active, Inactive, and ALL.

Program

The program associated with the assignment that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_program table (TB).

Comment

Comment on this assignment record that you wish to look up.

Start

The start date of the assignment you wish to look up.

Stop

The stop date of the assignment you wish to look up.

Year

The year of the assignment you wish to look up. Note: if System Option #66 is set to N, any valid number (not necessarily a 4-digit year). may be entered. If System Option #66 is set to Y only years between 1700 and 2100 may be entered.
