Note: If you are performing a template lookup, some of the fields described below may not appear on the form.
Data Fields:
Type |
The type of assignment you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_assignment_type table (TI). |
Unit |
This code is used to identify the school or unit. Values in this drop-down list are validated against tms_unit_code (UU). |
Office |
The office to which the entity that you wish to look up has been assigned. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_office table ( T4). |
Priority |
This priority you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_assignment_priority (LI) table. |
Assign ID |
The entity ID number of the staff member assigned to the assignment you wish to look up. |
Entity ID |
The entity ID number of the person assigned to the assignment you wish to look up. |
Active |
This field indicates whether the assignment that you wish to look up is active or not. Hard-coded values include 'Active, Inactive, and ALL. |
Program |
The program associated with the assignment that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_program table (TB). |
Comment |
Comment on this assignment record that you wish to look up. |
Start |
The start date of the assignment you wish to look up. |
Stop |
The stop date of the assignment you wish to look up. |
Year |
The year of the assignment you wish to look up. Note: if System Option #66 is set to N, any valid number (not necessarily a 4-digit year). may be entered. If System Option #66 is set to Y only years between 1700 and 2100 may be entered. |
