Note: If you are performing a template lookup, some of the fields described below may not appear on the form.

Appeal Code |
The appeal code you wish to look up. Press F2 to perform an appeal lookup. |

Unit |
This code is used to identify the school or unit. Values in this drop-down list are validated against tms_unit_code (UU). |

Group |
The group that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_appeal_group table (V9). |

Appeal Type |
The appeal type you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_appeal_type table (V0). |

Campaign |
The campaign that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_campaign table (CX). |

Interest |
The interest you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_prospect_interest table (TH). |

Program |
The program you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_program table (TB). |

Department |
The department you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_alloc_dept table (J5). |

The description of the appeal code you wish to look up. |

Segment |
The code for the segment associated with the appeal. Drop-down list; values are validated against the segment header table. |

Contact ID |
The contact ID number of the Gift Appeal Header you wish to look up. This ID number must be a valid Advance Entity ID number. |

Start |
The start date for the appeal header you wish to look up. This date uses the format DD/MM/YYYY. |

Stop |
The stop date for the appeal header you wish to look up. This date uses the format DD/MM/YYYY. |

Rec Project |
The name of the physical recognition project. Values in this drop-down are validated against the tms_prp_project table (PR1). |

Dedicated |
This code indicates that the recognition listing is linked to an organization, group or individual for which dedicated space has been assigned. Values in this drop-down are validated against the tms_prp_dedicated_location table (PR2). |

Active |
This field indicates whether the appeal that you wish to look up is active or not, independent of the start and stop dates. Hard-coded values include Active, Not Active, and ALL. |

Applies to Memb |
This field allows you to specify whether you wish to search for giving appeals that can be applied to memberships. Hard-coded values in the drop-down include All, None, Yes and No. |

Event ID |
Event ID, if the gift was received from an event. |
