Allocation Code |
The code of the allocation. |
Entity ID |
The Entity ID number of the stewardee. |
Stewardee |
Indicates the type of stewardee. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_stewardee (SP) table. |
Status |
Identifies the status of information recorded in this row. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_stewardee_status (SQ) table. |
Relationship |
Identifies the relationship of the entity. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_stewardee_relationship (SR) table. |
Print Order |
Indicates the order in which this stewardee is to appear on reports. |
Start Date |
The start date that identifies the stewardee as active. |
Stop Date |
The stop date that identifies the stewardee as no longer being an active stewardee. |
Anonymous |
Indicates the anonymity of the stewardee. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_stewardee_anonymous (SW) table. |
Joint |
Drop-down list indicates whether this information is for a couple. |
Active |
Drop-down list indicates whether the stewardee is active or not. |
Anonymous |
Drop-down list indicates whether the stewardee wishes to remain anonymous. |
Primary Donor |
Drop-down list indicates whether the donor is the primary donor. |
