The Allocation Beneficiaries Lookup is used to find beneficiary information. This includes scholarship and fellowship recipients, and may also include funding information for schools, campuses and departments.

Data Fields:

 

Allocation

The code of the allocation.

Type

The beneficiary type for this allocation. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_alloc_beneficiary_type (SL) table.

Status

The status of the record. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_alloc_beneficiary_status (SM) table.

Agency

The area or agency funded by the allocation. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_agency (SC) table.

ID

The Entity ID number of the recipient of the award. F2 lookup is available.

Award

The amount or value of the award.

Award Date

The date the award was granted to the entity.

Effective Date

The date that the award granted to the entity is effective.

Award Term

The code that identifies the length of time for the award. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_award_term (SV) table.

Campus

The campus funded by the allocation. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_campus (GN) table.

School

The school funded by the allocation. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_alloc_school (J2) table.

Department

The department funded by the allocation. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_alloc_department (J5) table.

Program

The program funded by the allocation. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_program (TB) table.

Division

The division funded by the allocation. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_alloc_division (J6) table.
