The Affiliation Lookup is used to search for an entity based on specific affiliations, both inside and outside the institution. For example, use this lookup to search for all entities that have a particular affiliation code or level or all affiliations that are within a specific year or time period.

Affiliation |
The affiliation you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_affil_code table (GJ). |

Level |
The level of the affiliation you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_affiliation_level table (A7). |

Status |
The status of the affiliation you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_affil_status table (GK). |

Record Type |
The entity record type of the affiliation you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_record_type table (AC). |

Authorized |
The source of authorization for the affiliation record you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_person_authorized table (GL). |

Data Src |
This field indicates the source from which the affiliation information you wish to look up originated. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_data_source table (YI). |

Start/Stop |
The start and stop dates for the affiliation you wish to look up. |

Affil. Year |
The year which the entity was involved in the affiliation that you wish to look up. |

Primary |
This field indicates whether the affiliation you wish to look up is the primary one or not. Hard-coded values include 'Primary', 'Not Primary' and 'ALL'. |
